Addison Group's client in Tyson's Corner, VA is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This role pays $25-30/hr and has a conversion salary in the $60-70k range, and is 100% in office. Apply here to learn more!
Responsibilities:
• Administer new employee setups (i.e., I-9s and E-Verify, deductions and reimbursements, social security verifications, COBRA reimbursements)
• Coordinate new hire orientations, deliver new hire orientations, and updating/maintaining new hire packets and information
• Provide backup support of weekly payroll process and periodically process payroll
• Administration of FMLA, other leaves of absences, and requests for short term and long disability
• Respond, resolve, and answer benefit, employee information, or payroll related questions
• Process background/credit checks, drug tests and FCRA compliance
Qualifications:
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (conversation, reading, and writing)
• Possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in payroll processing and/or benefits administration preferred, but not required
• Possess excellent customer service, follow-up, and follow-through skills
• Possess ability to sort, analyze, and understand numerical data
• Critical thinking skills
• Advanced MS office Suite Skills (Excel)
