Our client is looking for someone to help as a Billing Specialist to join their team! Parking is paid for, the have great benefits, and you would be working with a great team! This is a great opportunity that will start quickly! Don't hesitate, reach out!
Job Responsibilities:
- Correct all billing and distributes/process and distribute pre-bills
- Set up and process all electronic billing
- Update Billing History
- Prepare manual bills when necessary
- Set up fee schedules
- Maintain client’s billing records
- Generate all invoicing to customers
- Review customer profile set up and billing
- Assist in processing conflict checks
- Post all time entries and resolve any missing time issues
- Enter daily cash receipts
- Open new client files
- Verify all payments are applied to the correct client and invoice number
Requirements:
- High Diploma or equivalent, Associates preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail/team player
- Problem solving skills
- Data entry experience
