Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to collect on past-due accounts and resolve outstanding balances.
- Review and analyze aging reports.
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor payment trends and identify potential issues or risks related to accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5+ years related working experience
- Commercial collections experience
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
