Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, internal departments, and sales partners by managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders received through phone, email, and other communication channels with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, order information, and product records within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage order changes, cancellations, backorders, and shipping requests while keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate production documentation and assist with internal workflow processes as needed.
- Support inventory and supply management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with office supply organization.
- Review shipment information and help ensure orders are prepared for distribution.
- Provide backup support for additional customer service and administrative functions when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working within an ERP system is required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar software is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in an active, collaborative office environment with frequent interaction among team members.
