Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay: $30 - $37 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Provides financial support to assigned grants and contracts and other non-sponsored funds
- Responsible for financial and post-award financial support of grants
- Prepares financial aspects of federal and non-federal proposals
- Administers awards in compliance with agency and institutional policies
- Prepares and manages proposal, award and operating budgets
- Prepares invoices, financial reports and other financial analyses for sponsoring agencies
- Analyzes sources of funding and determines availability of funds and projections
- Prepares and processes journal entries for cost transfers between awards, award close-outs, and allocating charges to proper awards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3-5 years of experience
