Role: AP Merchandise Processor

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $21 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Monitoring vendor invoices for discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing entries for scheduled check runs.
  • Resolving PO (purchase order), invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation by ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos when appropriate.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintains historical records by assisting the filing process when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of AP experience
  • Large department AP processing experience preferred
  • System: Excel
