Pay: $17 - $20 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to a collection operation
- Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of company
- Keep the portfolio delinquency rate below industry standards
- Comply with the service level agreements of the different investors
- Ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are resolved
Requirements:
- Collections experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
