Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing in a fast paced environment
· Prepare invoices for payments, post checks, process high-volume invoices
· Manage various AP inboxes
· Assist with weekly check run
· Ensure accurate coding
· Data entry for AP vendor invoices
· Ensure accurate processing of ACH payments
· Manual and automated AP processing experience preferred
· Maintain vendor information and answer vendor inquiries
· Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Month-end close
Requirements:
· Full-cycle AP processing
· High-volume AP processing experience
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business related field preferred
· Excel required
· Intacct preferred
· 2-3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
