Our client, a well know Government Contractor, is in need a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist and an Accounts Payable Manager with Deltek Costpoint for a 6+ month project .
Requirements
· 2+ years of Deltek Costpoint
· Experience reconciling Accounts
· 3+ Years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable Experience
Responsibilities
· Review, audit, and process all invoice transactions including p-card purchases, purchase order invoices, consulting invoices, and all other types of A/P transactions to ensure:
· Appropriate authorizations
· Appropriate coding
· Adequate supporting documentation
· Compliance with regulations and organizational policies and procedures
· Timely communication of processing status, issues and areas needing either policy modification or clarifications
· Process transactions as needed:
· Must process high-volume of transactions timely with attention to detail and accuracy
· Edit transactions and make timely corrections
· Resolve invoice discrepancies
· Reconcile and clear P-Card suspense account balance
· Ensure p-card ACH debit transaction is applied accurately and timely
· Process and complete monthly sales and use tax reporting for multiple states; this includes online filing and process an AP voucher to record the payment
· Correspond with internal and external clients and respond to AP inquiries
· Some telework; but may need to work from office several times during the week
