Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary, uncapped commission

Job Description:
This role is responsible for driving onsite sales by engaging directly with customers in a high-energy, in-person environment. The position focuses on educating individuals on available service offerings, building trust, and converting interactions into sales at the point of engagement.
This is a consultative sales role that blends relationship-building with performance-driven goals. Success in this position is measured by conversion rates, customer experience, and overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
• 2–5+ years of sales experience, including retail or customer-facing environments
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or ability to obtain quickly upon hire
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and close deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
• Comfortable working fully onsite in a high-traffic, customer-facing setting
• Availability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, including weekends (required)
• Experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools preferred
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in animal care or working with pet owners is strongly preferred
Key responsibilities include:
• Engage with customers onsite and initiate meaningful conversations to understand needs
• Educate customers on available coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
• Convert interactions into completed sales and consistently meet performance targets
• Track daily activity, pipeline, and sales metrics within CRM systems
• Participate in onsite events and community outreach efforts to drive awareness and engagement
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence in a highly interactive setting
• Upsell additional service options when appropriate
