Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including multi-state payroll, deductions, garnishments, adjustments, and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including PO and non-PO invoice processing, invoice review, approvals, and payment execution
- Reconcile payroll and accounts payable general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll and vendor inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and other accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting role
- Strong understanding of AP and Payroll processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
