Accounts Receivable Analyst - Denver, CO
Compensation up to $28/hr, DOE
Job Description:
- Maintain AR portfolio of several large, national and international customer accounts
- Adhere to each customers requirement for invoicing
- Navigate several different software portals for invoicing, disputes and pulling payment remittances
- Invoice shipped and delivered orders in Oracle software
- Research and resolve any Accounts Receivable issues, communicate directly with customers on account inquiries
- Dispute charge backs for short shipments or returns
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to upper management
- Assist with month-end closing and annual external audit
- Maintain digital filing system, and assist with record retention
- Systems: Oracle, Excel (VLOOKUP)
