Addison Group is partnering with a boutique consulting firm. The office is a small, highly focused environment supporting a lean management team.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential office and billing support in a small professional services environment. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently on structured, task-based assignments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative office needs in a small professional services setting
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail and handle basic office coordination tasks
  • Run occasional local errands as needed
  • Review and organize client billing statements for accuracy
  • Enter and update billing data using Microsoft Excel
  • Support file organization and general document maintenance
  • Provide additional administrative support to attorneys and staff as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience out of professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, task-focused, and comfortable in a quiet, heads-down work environment
