Role: Compensation Analyst

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $35-42/Hour

 

Our client is seeking a Compensation Director to join as an essential member to their growing team.


Job Responsibilities:

·        Conduct job analyses to create a thorough understanding of all tasks and activities a job involves.

·        Analyze the company’s remuneration structures and policies and implementing improvements.

·        Collect and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys to determine market trends.

·        Prepare and present reports of job and compensation analysis.

·        Evaluate and implement job analysis tools, techniques and materials.


Requirements:

·        Experience in – 5+ Years of Experience as a Compensation Analyst/Manager

·        Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel), Workday

·         Soft SkillsPatient, Resilient, Strong Communicator, Able to handle many different personalities.

·         Education – Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
