Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule
Pay Rate: $21-24/Hour
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join as an integral member of their team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Content and Web Managers, Executive and Managing Journal Editors, and internal stakeholders to create and send various email newsletters.
· Update relevant email, advertising, marketing, spreadsheets.
· Support Content Manager and other vendors to ensure issue and article publishing schedules are set, updated, and maintained – communicate any changes or updates.
· Populate email templates with required article, advertising, marketing, and podcast information.
· Provide sample emails for sponsored content to advertising partner
Requirements:
· Experience in – 1-3 Years of Experience in Professional Editing and/or Publishing
· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Asana, Confluence
· Soft Skills – Organized, Detail Oriented, Confident, Collaborative
· Education – Bachelors Degree Required
