Regional Events Coordinator

Hybrid

Contract-to-hire - $60K-$65K

Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5:00 PM




Main Job Duties Include:


Regional Event Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee Regional Events worldwide, both in-person and virtual, for 20-250 guests.
  • Manage logistics, registration, and communications for all events.
  • Organize monthly events in Houston, including venue arrangements and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate event information and promotion.
  • Assist in budget planning and coordinate networking events and educational modules.
  • Maintain contact lists and update the company website as needed.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post Regional Events on online platforms and notify members.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain segmented lists.
  • Update the company website with event information and photos.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support the Event Manager, including potential travel.
  • Assist in coordinating and promoting events.
  • Coordinate speakers and manage registrations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.


Job Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of event planning experience. Non-profit background preferred.
  2. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and cost-consciousness. Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and meet deadlines.
  3. Willingness to travel occasionally, including evenings and weekends, with potential for domestic and international trips.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite for data gathering, report generation, and budget tracking. Familiarity with content management and webinar platforms.
