Job Description:

This role focuses on supporting operations by reviewing and organizing documentation for newly acquired accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure file accuracy, track outstanding documents, and assist with various operational processes as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed reviews of incoming files to verify completeness and accuracy
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic documentation
  • Monitor and follow up on missing or outstanding documents
  • Ensure files meet internal compliance and documentation standards
  • Assist with additional workflows and special projects as training progresses

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, data entry, or document review experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
