HR Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA (100% REMOTE)
Pay: $42-44 per hour
Projects
· Build out global onboarding process for organization, utilizing Workday Journeys
· Build out performance management framework tied to OKR's, KPI's and department/ company goals
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience working in HR for a global company
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Intermediate proficiency with Workday
· Detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and also take direction
· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Working knowledge of company HR policies and procedures and state and federal employment laws
