Intake HR Generalist

Pay Range: $25-30 per hour

Location: San Jose


We are currently seeking an Intake HR Generalist to manage employee relations intake processes and administrative duties. If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for HR operations, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:


  • Receive and manage employee relations matters from various sources, ensuring timely and appropriate handling.
  • Provide initial support and guidance to employees contacting the HR department, directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Input employee information into HR systems, including Workday (but not required), for resignations, terminations, and new hires.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with HR Business Partners and other relevant departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Maintain detailed records of employee relations intake activities, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish!

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in HR operations, specifically in employee relations intake processes.
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
