Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in a contract-to-hire role. You will provide confidential and proactive support to multiple C-suite executives, ensuring their schedules, communications, and tasks are managed efficiently and effectively. With at least 10 years of experience supporting senior leaders, you possess exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-pressure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic company and potentially transition to a permanent role.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules for multiple C-suite executives.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage confidential information and communication for executives.
  • Maintain impeccable organization and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately.
  • Represent executives professionally and courteously at all times.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
