Role: Human Resources Manager

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $35-42/Hour

 

Our client is seeking an Human Resources Manager to join as an essential member of their professional team.


Job Responsibilities:

·      Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

·      Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

·      Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

·      Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

·      Supervise and manage the function and performance of the Human Resources team


Requirements:

·      Experience in – 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

o  1-2 years of supervisory experience

·      Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, HR systems and databases

·       Soft Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, Multi-Tasker, Personable, Organized

·      Education – Bachelor’s Degree Required
