Location: Washington, DC; 5 Days In Office Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $26-31/Hour

 

Our client is in search of a Corporate Office Recruiter to join their fast-paced HR Team. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competency-based interviews, assess candidates, lead debriefs with hiring managers, mentor, and guide managers through hiring decisions.
  • Develop candidate networks and candidate pipelines in key areas across the organization, developing relationships and tapping industry sources to develop talent pools.
  • Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions; partnering with leaders and developing /executing strategy, screen/interview/evaluate, candidates, perform reference checks, and facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and on-boarding.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System as well as provide support as needed to hiring managers

Requirements:

·      Experience in – 1-3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally in a non-profit or fast paced, matrixed environment

o  Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience.

o  Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.

·      Proficient in – Must have ATS, Excel, and Outlook

·      Soft Skills – reliable, responsible, friendly, team-player

o  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

o  Ability to take initiative, make decisions, multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

·      Education – Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
