Our client located in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled, proactive and personable administrative professional who is looking to grow into an executive assistant position and support senior leaders as the company continues to grow!
TITLE: Junior Executive Assistant
SALARY UPON CONVERSION: $65-70K
LOCATION: Washington, DC
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in MS office suite
- Calendar Management
- 3+ years of strong administrative assistant experience
- Experience with supporting high-level personnel
- Experience with heavy scheduling and experience with zoom
- Reliable, independent and professional

- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executives including:
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments
- Complete expense reports
- Compose and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Determine the nature of appointments and helps obtain the necessary background materials
- Make high-level contacts of a complex and confidential nature both inside and outside the organization.
- Draft letters, memoranda and prepare background materials for meetings.
- Proofread and edit documents, reports, proposals and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support, including note taking at meetings, typing, faxing, photocopying, distributing materials, ordering publications, and requisitioning office supplies.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
