Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams, driving clear communication and alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support successful execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reporting.
- Facilitate meetings and encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- PMP certification required.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify business needs and influence outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- High level of adaptability and comfort navigating changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
