Job Responsibilities:
· Develop a strategic approach to the procurement and material management processes for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services
· Lead and develop the procurement and purchasing team (3 employees)
· Oversee raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
· Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that support the company’s growth
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Preferred:
· Experience within agricultural or farming industry
