Compensation: $38.46 - $43.26/hour (Contract-to-Hire); Upon conversion: $80,000 - $90,000/year

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate transactional legal administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), DocuSign, Adobe, Kofax, document management systems (iManage), and time entry software.
- Experience with Excel, 3E billing software, CCC Macro or Forte, Intapp, and Box.com preferred.
- Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional command of English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Professional interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our client’s legal team. This hybrid role provides both remote and in-office work opportunities and is ideal for a professional experienced in corporate legal administration.
Industry: Legal
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; hybrid schedule with two remote days and three in-office days upon conversion. Traditional work hours with standard lunch breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, organize, and review legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate collection tracking.
- Support transactional matters, including coordinating document execution and preparing closing materials.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Perform general office administration to maintain an efficient and productive environment.
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support the legal team and office operations.
