Company Overview:
Our client is a stable Bellevue, WA public company with operations across the globe. We are recruiting for a skilled Senior IT Auditor who enjoys playing a crucial role in assessing and leading IT audits from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute IT audit engagements, conduct walkthroughs of IT controls, and review processes
- Assess risks related to information security, data integrity, privacy, and IT operations.
- Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with management to develop remediation plans.
- Prepare and write IT audit work papers
- Provide guidance and support to junior auditors, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for senior management and audit committee review.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a public company or professional services firm.
- Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), control frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS)
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, evaluating control environments, and assessing the effectiveness of IT controls
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate findings clearly and effectively
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Benefits:
Up to $130,000 base depending on qualifications, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, HSA, and tuition reimbursement. PTO/holiday pay and flexible office locations in the Puget Sound area.
