Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee cradle to grave subcontract administration responsibilities to support multiple federal contracts
· Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements in accordance with company policy and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
· Prepares and issue all mods and change orders to subcontract agreement
· Develop compliant and comprehensive Requests for Proposal (RFP) in support of multiple Government Solicitations
· Must be able to process high volume of new contracts/subcontracts at any one time while also simultaneously maintaining ongoing subcontracts and mods such as tracking delivery schedule, reporting, invoice review
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Gov con experience Required
· Deltek Costpoint 7+ Required
· 10+ years of experience Required
· Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), RFPs, T&M execution of agreements
· Experience administering cradle to grave subcontract agreements under a Federal contract
