Compensation: $33-36/ hour / $75-80K conversion salary
Work Schedule: M-F, 9-5

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely customer invoices based on contracts, progress billing, and work completed.
- Process AIA billing, including G702/G703 forms, lien waivers, and related documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients on past-due invoices.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
- Track and manage retention payments and project-specific billing terms.
- Assist with month-end close processes related to AR, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions, contracts, and change orders.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate job costing and revenue recognition.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction billing practices, AIA documents, and project accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
