Role: Events & Membership Manager
Location: Arlington, VA; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule
Pay Rate: $73,000-78,000/Year
Our client is seeking an Events and Membership Manager to join their fast-paced team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in the planning of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs, conferences, and committee/project group meetings.
· Manage onsite event logistics for training programs and conferences.
· Manage the registration process, hotel reservations, and production of final registration reports.
· Produce, distribute, and process bi-annual membership census forms.
· Manage and coordinate hotel/vendor billing, invoicing, and event registration receivables.
Requirements:
· Experience in – 5+ Years Experience in Events and/or Membership
· Proficient in – iMIS Preferred
· Soft Skills – Independent, Patient, Organized, Multi-Tasker, Strong Communicator
· Education – Bachelors Degree strongly preferred, but experience can compensate for lack of degree
