Job Description:
As the Senior AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the revenue cycle operations, focusing on collections and customer service within the pain management setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising collection calls and correspondence
- Implementing insurance regulations effectively
- Processing refunds, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Monitoring denial trends and reporting findings
- Collaborating with senior management as needed
- Maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders
- Generating regular reports and meeting department goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in authorizations or related field
