Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees, including entering timesheets, calculating wages and deductions, and issuing paychecks.
- Review and reconcile payroll data for accuracy.
- Manage payroll taxes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies.
- Resolve payroll errors and issues.
- Provide support to employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations.
- Administer the ADP WFN system, including troubleshooting problems and making changes to settings.
- Work with other departments, such as HR and accounting, to ensure the smooth flow of payroll information.
- Participate in payroll projects and initiatives.
