HYBRID Customer Support Specialist opportunity! Global healthcare organization is seeking experienced Customer Service professional with passion for providing white glove service. Role requires minimum 2 years experience B2B customer service within a manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a innovative and stable company with plenty of training and leadership support. Excellent benefits, beautiful office located in Aurora and only two days in office. Position offers great work/life balance! Immediate interviews. Pays up to $55K, start end of April. Role requires 1030-7pmCST shift Mon-Fri.

Job Details:


  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring, coming up with alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Redirect complex or specialized concerns to the appropriate team for follow-up
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to the shipment of product, returns, credits, and orders
  • Communicate company policies and pricing per price and policy guide
  • Answer a large number of inbound calls on a daily basis (60+)
  • Assist with billing questions, pricing and warranty inquiries
  • Assist with order status and tracking inquires
  • Assist with backorder management for sales territory
  • Assist with web services
  • Assist with customer account and contact maintenance for sales territory


Qualifications:


  • Minimum two years B2B Customer Service
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SAP
  • Strong typing proficiency and intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint as well as web interface
  • Required to work Central Standard time zone business hours
  • Able to work onsite in Aurora two days per week
