Assignment Type: 3-month contract with potential for contract-to-hire
Compensation: $25 - $30 / Hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Overview
This position provides hands-on administrative support across HR operations, helping keep people processes running smoothly and efficiently. The role partners closely with the HR team to support employee lifecycle activities, internal coordination, and daily employee needs, while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with new hire and separation processes, including paperwork, system setup, and coordination of orientations
• Maintain and update employee information within internal HR systems
• Act as a general point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes
• Provide support to recruiting activities such as interview coordination, candidate communication, and posting assistance
• Help support benefit-related tasks, including enrollment support and employee communications
• Track employee information related to time off, attendance, and compliance requirements
• Support review cycles, engagement initiatives, and internal HR programs
• Assist with reporting, audits, and documentation management
• Help ensure alignment with internal policies and employment regulations
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the HR team
• Additional duties as needed
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems
• Basic understanding of employment regulations and HR processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
