Pay Rate: $28-33/Hour
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR Team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
· Conduct employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
· Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
· Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Requirements:
· Experience in – 2+ Years Experience in HR Experience
· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, ATS
· Soft Skills – Independent, Attention to Detail, Organized, Focused, Excellent Communication Skills
· Education – Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred
