Responsibilities:
- Match and input vendor invoices for Purchase Orders which includes coding operating expense invoices and payment processing
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming invoices from U.S. mail and emailed invoices
- Process check, credit card and ACH payments to vendors
- Receive vendor calls related to invoices and Vendor Account Statement reconciliation
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse Personnel
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position
- High School Diploma or GED; College degree is a plus
- System: Excel
